Traditional "Poutine" is a Canadian dish of French fries and cheese curds topped with a light brown gravy. Ours has a Southern flavor which comes from the bacon, cheddar cheese and Pioneer Brown Gravy Mix

Amount Ingredient
  30 ounces French Fries, frozen
1 package Pioneer Brown Gravy Mix
1 12 oz. package Bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 ounces Cheddar Cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
1 bunch Green Onion, sliced 1/4" thick

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Bake French fries according to package instructions.
  2. Prepare Pioneer Brown Gravy Mix according to package instructions. Add bacon.
  3. To build, layer French fries and cheese and then top with gravy and green onions. Repeat as desired.

Tip: Pop into an oven preheated to 350oF for 3-5 minutes to melt cheese cubes.
