How to Make Traditional Cut Buttermilk Biscuits

Baking traditional rolled buttermilk biscuits with made-from-scratch-flavor is easy with Pioneer® Buttermilk Baking Mix.

Buttermilk Rolled Biscuits Recipe
1 cup Milk
3 cups Pioneer Buttermilk Baking Mix
  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. In a large bowl, fold together ingredients until a wet dough forms.
  3. Turn onto a floured surface and shape into a ball.
  4. Knead 3-4 times or until even in consistency.
  5. Roll 1⁄2 inch thick and cut with a 2-inch cutter WITHOUT TWISTING.
  6. Place together on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake for 11-13 minutes.
Number of Servings: 16-18 two-inch biscuits
