With its scratch-made taste inspired by our 1900’s flour recipe (NO bleached flour, no artificial colors or flavors, no trans fat, and no preservatives), our Pancakes & Waffles come out perfect and fluffy every time and they’re so easy to make with Pioneer Simple Ingredients Buttermilk Baking Mix.

Ingredients

2 1/4 Cups Pioneer Simple Ingredients Buttermilk Baking Mix
1 1/2 cup Milk
2 eggs
1-2 tbsp butter, melted (optional)

Preparation Instructions

  1. PREHEAT lightly oiled pan or griddle to 375°F.
  2. MIX all ingredients.
  3. BLEND well. ALLOW to sit for 5-10 minutes.
  4. COOK pancakes 1ó minutes per side. COOK waffles 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. TURN when bubbles break and edges start to dry.

Tip: For perfectly round pancakes, pour batter from 6-inches above griddle using a 2-ounce ladle.

This recipe makes 12-14 4″ pancakes or 5-6 7″ waffles.
