How do I find a product?

If you are looking for stores that carry our products, please check our website at http://pioneerbrand.com/where-to-buy/, and use the drop-down menu to find which chain grocers we distribute to by state. We suggest to our customers to use the store’s locator tools on their websites or contact your local grocer in order to ensure that they are currently carrying your desired product. The stores near me do not carry the product I want, or this item has been discontinued.

Can I order a product to be sent to me?

Amazon currently offers a variety of our products on their website that can be shipped to your location. We also recommend ordering online through our partnering grocery stores which include H.E.B, Walmart, Kroger and Target, who now ship to most states, as the products are only offered in larger quantities through Amazon. What does “better by” mean?

Each product is sold with a “Better By” or “Use By” date located near the top of the package. This date indicates each product’s period of peak freshness. We strongly recommend using the product before the “Better By” date in order to ensure the best flavor, texture, performance and overall quality. Is the product safe to consume after better by date?

This date indicates each product’s period of peak freshness. The safety of a product can depend on a variety of things including proper storage and perishability of the item. However, we strongly recommend using the product before the “Better By” date in order to ensure the best flavor, texture, performance and overall quality. There is no “better by” date my package.

Pioneer now puts a “Better By” date on all packages. If there is no date, then the product is potentially over 2 years old and likely expired. We do not recommend consumption of this product. If you bought this item recently, then we encourage you to return it to the store for a refund. We appreciate your loyalty to our product.
