2 1/2 cup Pioneer Original or Buttermilk Baking Mix
1 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped (or 1 tsp dried )
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1/8 tsp. dried sage leaves
1 1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Oil a muffin pan.
- Combine Pioneer Baking Mix, chives, thyme, rosemary, and sage in a mixing bowl. Combine milk and mayonnaise; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
- Divide dough evenly among muffin cups. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan and serve warm.
