Roasted Chicken with Herb Gravy and Green Beans

Ingredients:

4 cups Pioneer Roasted Turkey Gravy, prepared
1 tbsp. Thyme, fresh (or 1 tsp. is using dried)
½ tbsp. Oregano, fresh (or ½ tsp. is using dried)
3 tbsp. Butter, salted
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 lb. Green beans, trimmed and cut in half
½ cup Water

Preparation Instructions:

1. Prepare Pioneer Roasted Turkey Gravy, per package instructions, set aside.
2. Chop thyme and oregano and add to gravy, cover and let the herbs steep in the gravy while it sits, covered, off heat.
3. Add butter and garlic, sauté for about 2 minutes until garlic is golden, then add green beans and water, bring to boil then reduce heat to a simmer.
4. Simmer for 3 minutes, covered. Then uncover and cook until water has evaporated (about 2 additional minutes). Season with salt as desired.
Serve Rotisserie chicken alongside herb gravy and buttery green beans.
