2 cups Pioneer Original Baking Mix
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
HEAT lightly oiled surface to 350F.
MIX ingredients until smooth.
ADD 2 to 4 Tbsp. melted butter, if desired.
COOK pancakes 1 to 2 minutes per side (turn only once);
COOK waffles 2 to 3 minutes.
MAKES 12 to 14 5-inch pancakes; 10 to 12 5-inch waffles

HEAT oven to 450F.
MIX ingredients well.
TURN onto floured surface;
SHAPE into ball.
KNEAD 3 to 4 times.
ROLL 1/2-inch thick.
CUT with 2-inch cutter without twisting.
PLACE together on lightly oiled baking sheet.
BAKE 11 to 13 minutes.
BRUSH with melted butter.
