Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites Recipe
Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites are the kind of small-batch treat that gets requested over and over again once people get a taste. Golden little biscuit bites rolled in cinnamon sugar and served warm — they are the perfect thing to bake when you want something sweet without turning it into a whole production.

Ingredients
2 (6oz) pkgs Pioneer® Sweet Cream Biscuit & Baking Mix
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tbsp salted butter, melted
These Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites are quick, buttery, and perfectly sweet, made with Pioneer biscuit mix for that light, fluffy texture that makes every bite worth reaching for another.

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Mix the Dough
Combine the Pioneer Sweet Cream Waffle & Pancake Mix and milk in a large bowl until a soft dough forms.

- Mix Cinnamon Sugar
Meanwhile, combine sugar and cinnamon in a small shallow bowl or dish and set aside.
- Coat and Serve
Brush baked biscuit bites with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture until evenly coated. Serve warm.
