Bunny Shaped Pancakes Recipe
Bunny Shaped Pancakes started as a special Easter morning surprise and turned into the breakfast request that shows up every spring without fail. Fluffy, golden pancake bunnies with ears and all — the kind of breakfast that makes little kids squeal and grown-ups reach for their phones to take a photo.

Ingredients
2 (6oz) pkgs Sweet Cream Waffle & Pancake Mix
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream, for decorating
Fresh raspberries, for decorating
Fresh blueberries, for decorating
Fresh strawberries, for decorating
These Bunny Shaped Pancakes are easy to make with Pioneer® pancake mix for light, fluffy results that hold their adorable shape and taste just as good as they look on the plate.
Instructions
- Preheat the Griddle
Preheat a griddle or nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Mix the Pancake Batter
Combine the Pioneer Sweet Cream Pancake & Waffle Mix, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
- Pour the Bunny Shape
To create the bunny shape, pour one large round pancake onto the griddle for the face and two smaller oval-shaped pancakes for the ears, spacing them slightly apart so they cook separately. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden-brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stack the Pancakes
Stack the pancakes with the ears slightly tucked under the round face pancake.
- Add the Nose and Eyes
Add one dollop of whipped cream in the lower center and place a raspberry in the center to make a nose. Add two blueberries near the top for the eyes.
- Decorate and Serve
Slice strawberries thinly into strips and add to nose to resemble whiskers. Serve and enjoy.
