2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Preheat and Prep Pan
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Mix the Dough
Combine the Pioneer Original Biscuit & Baking Mix, milk and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large bowl until a soft dough forms.
- Stuff and Tie the Knots
Divide dough into 18 equal pieces. Flatten each piece into a small rectangle, place 1 piece of mozzarella cheese in the center, and fold the dough around it. Gently roll into a rope and tie into a knot, sealing the cheese inside.
- Bake Until Golden
Place knots onto the prepared baking sheet and bake until golden-brown, about 12-15 minutes.
- Brush with Garlic Butter
Meanwhile, combine garlic, parsley and remaining butter in a small bowl. Brush warm knots with garlic butter before serving warm with marinara.
