Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water
1 pkg Roasted Turkey Gravy Mix
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 lb potato gnocchi, cooked according to package instructions
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
- Prep the Baking Dish
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Make the Turkey Gravy
Combine water and Pioneer Turkey Gravy Mix in a saucepan and whisk until smooth. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 minute until thickened.
- Season and Coat Gnocchi
Stir in butter, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, pepper and salt. Remove from heat. Stir in gnocchi until evenly coated.
- Top with Cheese
Transfer to the prepared baking dish in an even layer. Sprinkle the top with shredded mozzarella and additional Parmesan.
