Biscuit and Gravy Bombs Recipe
Gravy Stuffed Biscuit Bombs are the breakfast treat that feels like a shortcut to pure satisfaction — fluffy, golden biscuit dough wrapped around a pocket of hot, savory gravy that spills out with the first bite. These are the kind of morning bites that make the whole family crowd around the kitchen long before the coffee finishes brewing.

Ingredients
2 cups water, divided
1 (1.41 oz) pkg Pioneer® Roasted Turkey Gravy Mix
1 (6 oz) pkg Pioneer Buttermilk Biscuit & Baking Mix
1/2 cup whole milk
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted, divided
Fresh parsley, for garnish
These Biscuit and Gravy Bombs use Pioneer Roasted Turkey Gravy Mix for the rich, savory filling that makes these hand-held biscuit and gravy bombs the most satisfying breakfast bite you will add to your rotation.
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep Pan
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make and Chill Gravy
Bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil over high heat. Meanwhile, whisk together Pioneer Roasted Turkey Gravy Mix and remaining water in a small bowl. Pour gravy mixture into the boiling water, whisking constantly until completely smooth and thickened, about 1 minute. Refrigerate until completely chilled.
- Mix and Cut Biscuits
Mix together Pioneer Buttermilk Biscuit & Baking Mix, milk and 2 tablespoons of butter in a medium bowl until a dough forms. On a lightly floured surface, fold dough in half 3-4 times, then pat into a 1/2-inch-thick disc. Cut out biscuits with a 2-inch round cutter.
- Fill, Seal, and Bake
Spoon 1 tablespoon of gravy into the center of each biscuit disc, pinching edges around the gravy to form a pocket. Place onto the prepared baking sheet and brush with remaining butter. Bake until golden-brown, about 10-15 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with remaining gravy.
