Easy Herb Rolls Recipe
Herb rolls are the dinner table upgrade that takes almost no extra effort but makes every meal feel a little more intentional — soft, pillowy, and fragrant with chives, thyme, and rosemary in every bite. These are the rolls that make a weeknight dinner feel like a dinner party without any of the fuss.

Ingredients
2 1/2 cup Pioneer® Original Biscuit & Baking Mix or Pioneer Buttermilk Biscuit & Baking Mix
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped (or 1 tsp dried )
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/8 tsp dried sage leaves
1 1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
These Easy Herb Rolls use Pioneer Original or Buttermilk Baking Mix for the light, tender base that keeps every roll soft and fluffy while fresh herbs and Parmesan give them a flavor that stands completely on its own.
Instructions
- Preheat and Oil Pan
Preheat oven to 425°F. Oil a muffin pan.
- Combine Dough Ingredients
Combine Pioneer Baking Mix, chives, thyme, rosemary, and sage in a mixing bowl. Combine milk and mayonnaise; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
- Fill and Top Muffin Cups
Divide dough evenly among muffin cups. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake and Serve
Bake 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan and serve warm.
