Steakhouse Gravy Nachos Recipe
Steakhouse Gravy Nachos are the appetizer upgrade that stops conversation — thick tortilla chips piled with seared steak, melted cheddar, and a rich, savory brown gravy that soaks into the chips just enough to make every scoop extraordinary, finished with green onions and pickled jalapenos for the heat and brightness that pulls the whole plate together. These are the nachos that make every other version seem like it was missing something.

Ingredients
2 cups water
1 pkg Reduced Sodium Brown Gravy Mix
8oz cooked steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 bag tortilla chips, about 6 cups
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup pickled jalapenos
These Steakhouse Gravy Nachos use Pioneer® Reduced Sodium Brown Gravy Mix for the rich, deeply savory gravy that transforms a plate of loaded nachos into a steakhouse-inspired dish worth making for every game day and gathering.
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep Pan
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Make the Brown Gravy

- Layer and Bake Nachos
Spread tortilla chips in an even layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Top evenly with steak and cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbling, about 8-10 minutes.
- Top and Serve
Drizzle nachos with gravy. Garnish with green onions and pickled jalapenos and serve.
