7 Layer Dip Recipe
7 Layer Dip is the party appetizer that never needs an invitation because it is always the first bowl to be emptied. Layer after layer of seasoned beans, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, and all the good stuff built up in a dish that looks as impressive as it tastes.

Ingredients
1 pkg Pioneer® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 tub (15 oz.) Sour cream
1 can (15 oz.) Refried beans
2 ½ cups Guacamole, prepared
1 jar (16 oz.) Salsa
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 cups Lettuce, shredded
1 can (8 oz.) Black olives, sliced
1 bag Tortilla chips
This 7 Layer Dip Recipe gets its perfectly seasoned refried bean layer from Pioneer Taco Seasoning Mix, giving the whole dip a bold, flavorful foundation that makes every chip scoop worth double-dipping.
Instructions
- Season the Sour Cream
Mix the Pioneer Taco Seasoning Mix thoroughly with the sour cream and set aside.
- Spread the Refried Beans
Prepare the 7-layer dip by spreading the refried beans on the bottom of a deep 8×8-inch casserole dish.
- Layer Seasoned Sour Cream
Spread the seasoned sour cream evenly over top of the refried beans.
- Layer the Guacamole
Spread the prepared guacamole evenly over top of the seasoned sour cream.
- Layer the Salsa
Spread the salsa evenly over the top of the prepared guacamole.
- Layer the Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the salsa.
- Layer the Lettuce
Spread the shredded lettuce evenly over the top of the shredded cheese.
- Top with Olives
Top the 7-layer dip with the sliced black olives.
- Serve with Chips
Serve the dip with tortilla chips.
