Ingredients

12 mini slider buns
2 lbs deli-sliced roast beef
12 slices provolone cheese
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
2 cups water
1 pkg Pioneer® Au Jus Gravy Mix

These French Dip Sliders with Au Jus use Pioneer Au Jus Gravy Mix for the deeply savory dipping sauce that makes these french dip sandwiches the most requested slider recipe you will bring to any gathering.

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep Pan

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Assemble the Sliders

Slice all 12 buns horizontally in half. Arrange bottom halves onto the prepared baking sheet. Layer evenly with roast beef and provolone cheese, and top with top buns.

  3. Brush with Garlic Butter

Combine butter, garlic powder, Worcestershire, Dijon and parsley in a small bowl. Brush butter mixture evenly over tops of each bun.

  4. Bake the Sliders

Cover with foil and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Uncover and bake until cheese is melted and buns are golden-brown, an additional 5-10 minutes.

  5. Make the Au Jus

Meanwhile, combine water and Pioneer Au Jus Gravy Mix in a saucepan and whisk until smooth. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 minute until thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.

  6. Garnish and Serve

Garnish with additional parsley, and serve sliders warm with au jus gravy for dipping.
