Ingredients
1 pkg Pioneer® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 lb ground beef, lean
3 ea zucchini, large diced
1 ea onion, small diced
1/2 cup milk
4 oz cream cheese
2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
1/2 cup salsa (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Brown the Beef
In a heavy bottom saute pan, brown beef over medium heat until completely cooked.
- Add Seasoning and Vegetables
Add Pioneer Taco seasoning, zucchini, and onion.
- Cook Until Softened
Continue to cook until onions are translucent.
- Add Milk and Simmer
Add milk and bring to a simmer. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Fold in Cheeses
Fold in cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake Until Golden
Transfer to a bake safe casserole dish and bake for 20-30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
- Garnish and Serve
Top with parsley and salsa.
